As Harmonic’s Director of Communications, Deb leads our clients through the strategic planning process.  She is a top sustainability strategist sought out by corporations, governments and nonprofits for help navigating the changing landscape of complex environmental issues. 

Deb brings her extensive knowledge of corporate responsibility, government insights and regulatory processes to Harmonic’s world-class clients, including her experience advising many of the Fortune 100 companies on their climate change approach. Strategy, positioning, communications, public outreach, stakeholder engagement, events and trainings are part of her portfolio.

Previously, Deb headed strategic communications for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and was awarded a public service medal of honor for "groundbreaking work to transform EPA”. She also held an executive position in Edelman’s Corporate Responsibility division.

Deb holds a B.S. in Advertising & Public Policy from Syracuse University, a M.S. in Environmental Business from Cranfield University, England, and post-graduate studies in Trade, Globalization & Climate Change from the London School of Economics.
